Powers

Read through the Constitution on page 760 of your text. While you read pick one expressed power of the 27 listed and blog about that power. Like the Amendment blog, try not to repeat the previous blogs. I also would like an example of how the power is used and by whom it is used (National or State gov't.)

Initiatives and Amendments

Tell me what Initiatives or Amendments you favor or dislike after our group presentations in class. After telling me what you favor or dislike, explain your reasoning.

Amendments

For this blog, I would like for each of you to pick an Amendment of the 27 starting on page 771 of your text books. There is enough for each of you to have a different Amendment so make sure you read other posts first so you do not repeat them. I want to know what the Amendment does or did, who it effected, and how it was proposed and ratified.
