Tell me what Initiatives or Amendments you favor or dislike after our group presentations in class. After telling me what you favor or dislike, explain your reasoning.

Amendments

For this blog, I would like for each of you to pick an Amendment of the 27 starting on page 771 of your text books. There is enough for each of you to have a different Amendment so make sure you read other posts first so you do not repeat them. I want to know what the Amendment does or did, who it effected, and how it was proposed and ratified.

Read the following link, Marbury v. Madison. It will only take about 5 minutes and another 5 to write a short summary and list some questions and comments. Feel free to ask any questions about the case and comment on the case, as well as, each others' blogs.
